The security guard at the entrance was terrible, and apparently the reception was the same; they wouldn’t let me into a Zen area event I had booked because my reservation wasn’t showing up. I waited 45 minutes with awful treatment and service, lost time, and had to pay full price even though there was a discount for the event.

I'm so glad we switched to Grand Velas for the last three nights of our vacation. From the moment we arrived, everything changed for the better. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, the food was exceptional, and the staff truly made our stay unforgettable. We appreciated the extra effort many team members put in to make our stay special, and we can't wait to come back.

While we enjoyed the restaurants at this resort, the beach was a bit of a letdown. The dining options were a highlight, but the beach area could use some improvement.
