The staff were very kind and friendly, the location central just steps from the main station, the room clean and comfortable despite its small size; the shower head was non‑detachable, the vacuum was missing or non‑functional, the pillows were very high and I had to sleep without them.

The hotel has solid facilities and a great spot just a few blocks from Neptuno; breakfast is very hearty, though it can get a bit crowded at times.

Excellent location and fantastic breakfast; good for a large group with several rooms; because of the early departure on the last day we received breakfast packs for the road; the staff were very helpful and kind; we recommend.

The location is excellent and there’s a paid parking garage right nearby; however, the room could use more storage, extra hangers, and coat hooks.
