The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and pleasant during breakfast, which itself was perfect with a wide range of products. The proximity to the train and bus stations is a real plus. The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

“The Junior Suite Room Is Perfect If They Can fix The Noise From The Breakfast Service”

The place is great, right in walking distance of the main sights, the sea, and close to the train station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even when busy. We appreciated the size of the Junior Room and the free water and coffee. When we checked out an hour after the 10 am deadline, the staff let us stay a bit longer because the next guest hadn’t arrived yet. We had already booked our train tickets, and since we had a night flight, we would have liked to know earlier, but we’re thankful for the flexibility. The freshly fried eggs at breakfast were a nice touch, especially since many Italian hotels and apartments only offer a continental spread. I had seen previous reviews mention the ceiling light shining into the Junior Suite; the hotel seems to have addressed it, and I wasn’t bothered, though my husband, who’s light‑sensitive, still found it annoying. However, every morning the noise from guests having breakfast right outside our room disturbed us. The breakfast counter and seating area are just a few steps from the Junior Suite entrance, so conversations and other sounds were clearly heard. We understand the hotel can’t control every guest’s volume, but a friendly reminder near the tables and the guest room area might help keep voices down, especially in the morning when other guests are still sleeping. Unfortunately, the noise woke us up each morning, so we only started sightseeing around 2 pm. The room was clean except for a biscuit wrapper under the single bed.
