Juan was a real gem—super friendly and helpful. I had a nice weekend in Tandil at this hotel, but the breakfast could use some protein options like eggs; they only had machine cheese and some pastries that weren't fresh. Still, the room was comfy for sleeping. Thanks, Juan!

The hotel sits right in front of the square, close to the shopping center, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to give city tips. Free covered parking on the property is a bonus, and the interior décor is lovely. The breakfast was just average; croissants weren't fresh, and there were no hearty options for those who need more protein. Also, the parking space is tight—not great for larger cars or those with wide side mirrors.

The facilities overall were decent, but the elevators were too narrow for my mom’s wheelchair—she could barely fit in, and the bathroom door was even tighter. I had to bring a portable toilet because the room’s toilet wouldn’t fit.
