The staff are friendly, the room is cozy with modern décor, and the hotel is within walking distance of malls and subway stations; there’s also a huge indoor playground for kids, making it a great choice for families. The only drawback was that the connecting door had almost no soundproofing, which I didn’t expect, but fortunately the other room was empty until the next morning.

The staff handled all our needs and answered every question, even surprising us with a birthday celebration for my daughter at the hotel. Nothing else to add.

The team was helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that you need a taxi to get to Al-Arab Street.
