The property sits in a quiet neighbourhood, we could calmly take the bus to Termini Station, walk to the Colosseum, and easily catch the metro and bus lines; breakfast was hearty and varied; the room had a mini‑fridge and good amenities; great value, staff were very polite. I have nothing to point out.

It’s on a quiet street, pleasant accommodation with good breakfast. There is no sound‑proofing, and at night the current neighbours disrupted the sleep; everything could be heard: moving, snoring, sneezing, coughing, bathroom use.

The location is very interesting, you’re in a calm neighbourhood close to the Colosseum (20 minutes on foot); there are bars and restaurants of very good quality with a full immersion with Italians at Al Campo in particular. The reception was cold and impersonal upon arrival but everything settled down afterwards.

Breakfast was good, quality products. The room and bathroom are modern in a renovated traditional Italian building next to the convent of the Franciscan nuns. Quiet residential area but with a few restaurants, a small grocery, pharmacy. Good bus links to the Circus Maximus/Imperial Forum and Rome centre. Nothing negative.
