The hotel is very well located, close to the Temple of Luxor and the market, and the staff are very kind. It’s worth having breakfast on the terrace for the exceptional views, and the room is spacious enough. Maintenance could use some improvement.

The location is fantastic, but my room and bathroom need renovation; they’re a bit old and not very spacious.

The cleaning was good, but the front‑desk lady was very friendly and helpful, while the man was the opposite. It seemed tied to outside taxi drivers who keep raising prices, and he gave us the impression of being part of that. He tried to charge 150 € for a transfer to Aswan, when we managed to arrange it ourselves for only 50 € with no trouble. It’s a shame such situations spoil an otherwise lovely stay.
