“Sehr tolles Hotel”

The staff were very courteous, the ice cream was great, and it was possible to rent bicycles, which really helped us. There were few seating options in the relaxation room of the wellness area.

“wunderschöne Lage, hochwertiges, leckers Frühstück”

The location right next to the beautiful Schwarzsee is unbeatable. The staff were consistently very courteous and friendly, always ready with a solution for anything. The breakfast was of very high quality and varied, simply delicious :-) The friendly gentleman even remembered after a day which table I liked and how I take my coffee, absolutely fantastic! I didn’t find the room particularly nice. It was very utilitarian, dark, the view was “spoiled” by a barred transition and I had no balcony. Still, I’d come back because the friendliness and the location outweighed everything else.

The proximity to Kitzbühel is great. The prices are excessive for the poor service. There were spider webs in the room and no room service on Sunday. When I asked for a price concession, the answer was a simple NO.

The hotel’s spot is solid – easy parking right outside, breakfast was great, and the staff were super friendly. But the bathroom was a pain: the toilet is cramped, the tub isn’t handy for a shower because there’s no curtain or wall, and the room smelled like a smoker that wasn’t properly aired. All in all, good service but the room’s vibe left something to be desired.
