Customer service was patient when I couldn’t complete the online check‑in, and I appreciated the late check‑in at 11:00 PM. The tap water tasted like a chemical solvent, not chlorine, so bottled water would be a helpful addition if this is normal; if it’s a temporary issue, please let people know it’s fixed. The online check‑in was a pain: I couldn’t upload my driver’s license and there was no button for a photo, so I preferred in‑person check‑in, which was faster and easier.

The room was roomy and spotless, and the price was reasonable. The lighting felt a bit sparse, and there was no physical front desk—everything was handled remotely. The key code for my room never worked, so I had to keep trying to call and chat through the app; it’s a slick idea but frustrating when it fails. I couldn’t leave the room because I feared getting locked out, and the code they gave me never worked.
