They didn't inform me that their bathroom was broken until I arrived, showed no concern, and cancelled my booking without notice.

I arrived in Jaffna at 3 am only to discover the hostel was under renovation, and no one had told me about it.

The staff were attentive, but I missed the breakfast because I left too early. A board with bus, train, and boat schedules was very helpful.
