During Silver Week, when accommodation prices were soaring, this place was much cheaper and offered good value compared to others. The staff felt sincere and friendly, which left a good impression. Overall clean and comfortable, and close to a convenience store, supermarket, subway, bus stop, and a Michelin‑award‑winning ramen shop, yet still in a quiet area.

The host was new, but the refrigerator was broken.

The place was spotless and cozy, and Mr Tetu was very friendly and kind. Tomy even taught my wife how to make mocha.

We had a great time chatting with the owner couple; they were very friendly. The well water from Kyoto Imperial Palace supplied every morning tasted amazing. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the Kyoto International Conference Center.
