The comfort was good, the terrace view was stunning, we were offered drinks on arrival (great gesture), the residence stayed quiet even with many kids around, the doorman was lovely, the lifeguards were pleasant, Radia was very responsive and present for any issue, and there were pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. The price‑quality ratio was not great – it was more expensive than Club Med or a tropical destination – the air conditioning had an unpleasant odor, there was a lack of flexibility for departures, no shop in the residence, and the residence staff in the building would come asking for water!

The apartment looked even more beautiful than the photos, which were already stunning. Radia was super friendly. The location was perfect. Two pools were available. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, well cared for and spacious. A large balcony with a nice seating area and dining table. The kitchen, bathroom, and beds were very comfortable. The linens were clean.
