Friendly staff, good location, and reasonable price. They swapped my room quickly for a slightly better one, and it was rat‑free 😅 The courtyard was pleasant. The room I was first assigned to was dirty, with filthy pillows, walls, and ceiling, and a rat was crawling along the ceiling… there were also cockroaches. Hot water took a long time to arrive.

The garden was nice to sit in and read a book. The bathroom was okay and it was quiet.

Very nice place in a calm neighborhood of Kathmandu. The host is very helpful and communicative. There's a beautiful garden as well
