“Muito aquém das minhas espectativas…”
Clean environment. The room was tiny, breakfast very basic for the rate of the room, missing toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. When I arrived, the room wasn’t available, and I still had to hear the receptionist say, “what time will you leave, you’ll have to leave earlier because someone else is arriving early”… A huge lack of respect for the customer…

The place is easy to reach, but the room had a bad smell, almost like it was dirty.
