It’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed. No tea or coffee were supplied, the bathroom was rubbish, and the bed was exceedingly poor.

Being close to the back garden, able to see the large trees, and using the shared kitchen were nice. The closing mechanisms on all the doors/fire doors made each door slam so it was very noisy and disturbing; the ex‑hospice beds and the green fire‑exit security lights were odd. The staff said they would get the maintenance guy to adjust the closing mechanisms on the doors, which was good. I requested a late check‑out due to work, and they seemed to approve it with no fee, but then on the morning they questioned that and wanted me to pay a further £20, which I did not appreciate at all.
