The distance to Santa Fe’s main attractions is reasonable. The Murphy bed wasn’t very comfortable, and basic amenities were poorly managed—for instance, waking up to find the shower body wash/soap completely empty.

A very comfortable place with everything we needed, nicely decorated, and a pleasant, private outdoor backyard. The location is about equal distance from Plaza and Railyard. We loved everything about the place EXCEPT that it flooded after the heavy rains on the afternoon of August 15. We returned to find water and mud on the floor near the front and back doors, as well as elsewhere in the living room, hallway, kitchen, and even inside the closets. It’s unclear how it all got in. When I called and texted Vacasa, they said it would be treated as urgent, but no one responded until the next morning. A man called, came to clean up, and said I would receive a refund for that day and possibly a little extra, but I never heard anything. I contacted Vacasa again after I got home and they again said they would see about a refund. To date I have not received anything. The unit needs to be better sealed against the heavy rains that frequently occur in Santa Fe.

So close to Santa Fe hot spots, with clear instructions, wonderful amenities, free/easy parking, a large capacity washer & dryer available, kind neighbors, and perfect for pet parents. Some tiles in the floor could use fixing and the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

The spot is great—just a short walk to the downtown square and the railyard/farmer's market. The bed and pillows felt heavenly, and the room was snug. Everything we needed for a romantic weekend was there.

The studio was nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and a small courtyard. The area was quiet and parking was convenient. At the end of the season (we were there in early October) a few issues popped up: the shower fixtures needed repair, and the dishwasher still had unwashed glasses from the previous tenant.
