This guesthouse, located in a quiet, under‑used neighbourhood just a 30‑minute walk from Ala‑Too Square, features a lovely little courtyard with a table and chairs beneath a flowering trellis. A working piano is available in the dining room. The owner is very discreet yet very helpful and speaks a bit of English. Cleanliness is impeccable and the bedding is good. Breakfast is hearty and excellent. It’s truly a very good spot. Everything was fine; the only potential drawback is the lack of nearby shops and its relative distance from the city centre, which might be a deal‑breaker for some.

The owner’s hospitality made this guest house special—she greeted us after an evening flight, offered to cook a simple dinner, and connected us with her daughter who spoke English and helped with everything we needed. Using translation apps made communication easy. The room was comfortable, with an ensuite and a good hot shower. Though a bit outside the city centre, Yandex helped us locate the guest house without trouble. We would definitely come back.

“Good and reliable for the money”

The host was friendly, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was good. The bed was very soft, and breakfast was mediocre.

The room quality was great and the location was nice. The host was fantastic, and when I had to change my plans they were very understanding and helpful. I would definitely return if I needed to stay again.
