I was expecting something else, really—a simple triple room, spacious and comfortable, with our key to come and go as we pleased. There were several room changes until we found one that was ready and had a key; apparently there was a problem with the cleaners, which made me quite nervous. No one greeted us; we received instructions via WhatsApp, which I didn’t anticipate. Thank God we finally got it all sorted, and everything turned out fine; I don’t plan to repeat it… I was at a loss for what to think.

The location, the friendliness and the facilities they offered during the stay are positives. The cleaning, the size and how old and uncomfortable the bathroom is negatives.

Worms and ants came out of the shower, I kept asking for a refund and they never gave it to me.
