The site, the welcome, and the staff’s availability were all good, but the pool was not heated and the hotel lacks basic amenities for its level: no slippers, no bathrobe, no bag for dirty laundry.

Les extérieurs du chateau. Pas d'accompagnement a la chambre a l'arrivée. Chambre non conforme aux photos. Les Lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas ( une l'ignorante et la seconde ne fonctionne tout simplement pas). Salle de bain très petite avec joint de la baignoire a refaire. Fil électrique apparent au dessus du lavabo. Pas de peignoir, ni de chaussons. Mille pattes dans le lit. Réveillé à 9h du matin par la technicienne de surface qui passe l'aspirateur dans les couloirs en faisant taper sur les portes des chambres et sur les plinthes. Nous avions pris un dîner au restaurant la rôtisserie => service CATASTROPHIQUE 1h05 pour avoir nos entrées. 3 serveurs ce soir là pour 35 couverts

The outdoor area is very pretty, and the pool is great. The rooms were a problem: the bathroom was old and tiny, the bed was poorly made 🫤, and we were told the room would be ready at 4 pm. Even though we had checked in at 2 pm, nothing was done to let us in earlier, and we ended up arriving more than an hour late after several complaints. That is unacceptable!

The location is great, the view is stunning, and the staff were friendly. Everything went smoothly.
