Breakfast was huge and tasty, always served politely and with great service, which I really appreciated. The room locks were a bit fragile and noisy, which could be annoying early in the morning.

I adored everything about my stay! From the moment I booked, even before arrival, the staff’s communication was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay special. I was genuinely impressed by the hospitality level and how exceptional everything was. A heartfelt thanks to Mouad and Khali—thank you both so much for everything you did and for making my experience unforgettable. I truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout my entire stay. The service surpassed my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Honestly, nothing. I had such a wonderful time and wouldn’t change a thing.

I loved the spot in the Medina, tucked away from shops for a more authentic feel, yet still close to everything. The ryad was stunning and the staff were amazing!

The Riad was very good, though the location wasn’t ideal—remote and a bit scary to return at night. The Riad itself was spectacular, both the food and the place. We had a payment issue when they charged €5 per night per person, and Ibrahim messed up the money; in the end, the cameras proved he was trying to cheat us, but aside from that everything was fine. Honestly, I’m not sure I’d recommend it because of that small problem. The problem with Ibrahim was that he tried to swindle us, and the cameras confirmed we were right and he was attempting to deceive us—“unintentionally.”

Very attentive hosts (Ibrahim and Mouad), gave clear information about the city and even helped you find the nearest parking. You can park under guard about 8 minutes from the hotel (you have to hand over your key), which is normal, and we could pick up the car at 4:00 a.m. The hotel had a nice overall look. Nothing else.
