It’s truly a charming place—almost like standing behind postcard‑like white sandy beaches, the room and the whole property were spotless, breakfast was fine and everything was available. Marcello was an extraordinary person who split himself into four to satisfy everyone; when my motorcycle broke down he was immediately ready to help. I will definitely return and highly recommend it! I liked everything.

“Non basta la vicinanza con il mare”

The spot is unbeatable: super close to the sea, a quiet area with easy parking, and a great position to reach the local beaches. The building looks pretty neglected, as if it isn’t well maintained (rusted parts, worn-out details, cut grass and green areas, etc.) and not very welcoming (bare walls, untidy tables, etc.). Our room wasn’t very functional either (no shelves in the shower, no towel rack, the shower had a plastic curtain, etc.). Worse, it doesn’t match what’s described on Booking: first of all it’s a guesthouse, not a B&B, so the room isn’t refurnished or cleaned and the linen isn’t replaced. Also the breakfast doesn’t include what’s listed on the site. We were told we couldn’t use Wi‑Fi because it wasn’t available. Finally, the bathroom light bulb promised at check‑in was never replaced.

Location is good. The place feels very impersonal. The booking wasn’t traceable. Wi‑Fi was broken. The facility is poorly maintained and there’s a strong sewage smell in some areas 😕

Just a two‑step walk to the beach, which is really convenient for enjoying the sea. The breakfast was a bit too simple.
