It was a really bad experience. The room was infested with bugs and I want my money back. The entire property, the room, the toilet, everything was horrible and I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

The location was fine with easy bus access to Cribbs Causeway and beyond – I went to The Wave a lot! The room was clean and comfortable, had decent storage and was a good size. Wifi was fast and good – the one day it went down they fixed it quickly. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. I stayed 10 days and would definitely consider it again. A fan in the room would have been good – it got a bit sticky at night!

Aside from slightly inferior sound insulation, everything else is excellent and worth the price

The house was very clean and up to standard. The showers/bathrooms and the bedroom were large and the bedding was very comfortable. I enjoyed it. The heater in my room number 4 does NOT work!! I was a bit chilly.
