The breakfast bar stayed open, but the front‑desk staff were very rude and seemed distracted by their phones when questions were asked.

It was very convenient because of its proximity to the airport, though that also meant the area wasn’t the nicest. You take the good with the bad, and I wasn’t looking for a place to stroll around—just a spot close to the airport for an early flight. Everything else was great; the neighborhood isn’t ideal, but that wasn’t what we needed.

It was out of the way, had no pets, and the cleaning staff were present and friendly. The desk staff were helpful. There was no covered parking, the refrigeration wasn’t cold when I arrived and leaked water, and there were no bottled water in the room.

I loved the view, the rooms were very large and spacious, and the staff were super nice and accommodating—they truly deserve the highest praise for their friendliness. I enjoyed watching the World Cup on the lobby screen every day; it felt like a community there. The free Wi‑Fi was great, and the gym was very spacious, open 24/7, with a water fountain that offered disposable cups. There was a stain on one pillow, but only one; I know it wasn’t us because we never brought colored liquids. The iron wasn’t working, but they replaced it right after I called. The coffee machine also wasn’t working, but they fixed it, so everything turned out fine.
