The property is wonderful—a farmhouse surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking autumn landscape, staff ready to accommodate every request, very kind and responsive. The timings weren’t fully respected, and there were some delays in the activities.

Set among the hills of Ripatransone, the hotel offers a wonderful view of the fields at sunrise. The room was medium‑sized and generally comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, greeting us even though we arrived very late. Breakfast was very good, featuring high‑quality homemade items. However, we were not pleased that using the spa cost extra; €50 per person for a two‑hour slot on reservation is not what you expect from a “Relais & Spa,” so we skipped the spa altogether even though it was the main reason for our booking.

The quietness of the property was appreciated, but the road to reach it was rough.

The staff were kind and helpful. The property is surrounded by silence and nature. The food was excellent, well‑cooked and well‑served. The location is ideal for reaching nearby villages and for a seaside escape.
