The place is beautiful, with endless olive trees and plenty of greenery. Breakfast on the veranda was delightful, and the staff were extremely kind; everything was great.

The location is strategic, the staff are courteous, and the cuisine is high quality. No criticism, just a suggestion that a small pool for children, separate from the adult pool, would be nice if possible.

The resort’s character, the design of the homes, friendly and service‑oriented English‑speaking staff, the quality of the food in the restaurant, and the bar’s drink and toast selection were all excellent. It’s very dog‑friendly, the beds are good, the water pressure is strong, and the Wi‑Fi works well. The massage was good and sweet. The main pillows were made of concrete—different pillows would be better. It’s annoying that the restaurant is closed on Mondays, and the breakfast buffet could be better stocked.

“Vacanza in Maremma”

The location is slightly off‑center but quiet. The garden is lovely and there’s a covered internal parking lot. The building is new. The breakfast is full but not very varied; the pastries are industrial and the coffee/cappuccino machines are mediocre. Cleanliness isn’t impeccable. The bed is uncomfortable and there are no shower dispensers or Kleenex.
