The hotel turned out to be perfect for a family with kids; my children felt like they owned the place, so comfortable and pampered by the staff that they were practically at home. The animators were great, there were plenty of activities for the little ones, and the logistics for getting families to the ski slopes were spot‑on, with food subscriptions and endless ice‑cream available to kids and adults alike. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and the SPA centre gave parents a nice escape from the youngsters. I’d definitely do it again and would recommend it to anyone with young children.

Everything was perfect. We were very welcomed, everything was very good organized, lots of activities for kids, nice swimming pool for kids. Great rooms with separate kids bedroom. I would be nice to have an option to pay less when opting out for the lunch. We were at the slopes during lunch time and it would be not convenient and waste of time to get back for lunch and then get back again. So we simply didn’t have lunch at the hotel but paid for it

Incredible staff (helped us with bags exchanges), nice food, the sauna area was superb and also the beds very comfy! Shuttle service to the ski cable car was a plus!. Nothing
