The en‑suite bathroom provides a bath or shower, bidet, free toiletries, towels and optional extra towels or sheets for a fee. The entire unit is wheelchair accessible and reachable by elevator.

The location and the staff are fine, but the overall state, cleanliness, and the rooms that haven’t been renovated are problematic.
The air conditioning in the first room was broken, but the receptionist quickly moved us to a new room on the 4th floor that turned out to be excellent. Thanks for the help.

I liked the location—easy to spot, spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly. The rooms could use a bit more space, and it would be nice to have a few chairs on the balcony.
The hotel sits right in the town centre, close to shops, bars, and restaurants. We stayed on a renovated floor that was perfect: clean, with a good bed and bathroom, and a modern look. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and there were 2 or 3 parking spaces reserved for guests. If the hotel keeps renovating the remaining floors, it will become a perfect place to stay and visit Ptolemaida.
