The staff were all very kind, and there was nothing negative to mention.

Cleaning was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The wellness area was great. The reception and dining service during dinner were a bit cold and formal, though still professional. The woman at breakfast, however, was very kind and smiling.

The hotel sits in a great spot, the management is friendly and always ready to help, the front‑desk staff are very polite, and the food is excellent (kudos to the chefs and sous‑chef). If you have dogs, you can bring them into the restaurant and just outside the hotel (about 20 m away) there’s a park with a well‑equipped area. We were very satisfied and recommend this hotel! The only thing we might point out is that the restaurant and rooms feel a little warm, probably due to climate change.
