The staff was truly arrogant, starting with the owner. I was treated very unpleasantly and was shown a bad side of Naples. Luckily I found another place to stay and met truly golden people. I strongly advise against staying here.

The location is great. Clean. In 10 days they only changed the towels once.
The property is in a central area, very pretty and convenient for exploring the city. The owner is a very kind and helpful person.
The location is good. There was no staff at the reception, so for everything I had to call without air conditioning, the fan was insufficient, the bathroom was clogged, the bed had torn sheets, the window had no mosquito net, and having a fridge is recommended.
