The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, and they were very accommodating of dietary needs; we had a lovely stay, though the property is far from MG Road. Everything else was great.

Everything was fine—morning clouds rattling the glass, soothing waterfall sounds, and a good location. The only downside was that the food items were a bit pricey.

Staffs are very cooperative. Hotel is very well maintained. Roads are not good. It is far from the main city.

We booked a chalet room, and the wooden ceiling let us hear every bit of noise from the room above—someone walking upstairs sounded like they were in our own room. On the bright side, the property itself is solid and the staff are very polite and helpful.
