The only good thing was its proximity to the highway. The experience was not very good because they didn't explain the prices before serving the food; they quoted one amount and the final bill was different. There wasn't much staff around.

The location is unbeatable. The cleanliness could use improvement, and they didn't put coffee in the room. Before 8 am all doors are locked, so you can't leave the hotel before that time.

The place is pretty and well positioned, customer service is excellent, breakfast is great, and it’s close to the bar and restaurant. However, the room experience was different: no air conditioning, sheets and pillows looked used, curtains were inappropriate and let in a lot of morning sun, there was no TV, the shower didn't provide hot water, we reported it and they rebooted something that left us without water for a moment, the toilet tank overflows; to truly rest you need all that. For the price I expected a bit more. Just a few areas to improve.

The climate is fine. The room lacks air conditioning and the parking is not secure.
