The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location is perfect for business travellers, and being in the heart of Deira Souq means you can walk everywhere without a car. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the service was flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for business trips. The shower is quite small, the bed quality is average and could be more comfortable, and the rooms are a bit cramped.

I was tricked when I booked through Booking; upon arrival I was surprised to find the hotel under renovation and that I would be moved to another hotel. I was moved to a different hotel than the one I booked and paid for, and when I asked for a refund they refused.

This property sits in the heart of Dubai Gold Souk and is very close to the market and main roads; nearby shops are very reasonable. The hotel is well maintained and clean. I didn’t like that the restaurant offers a fixed daily menu with limited variety, and the washrooms need renovation because the doors and tiles are damaged.

Nothing good. The smells are bad, there are no parking spaces, and the hotel is extremely old.
