The place sits right in the middle of town, so if you’re taking the bus you’ll be standing right outside. The village itself is tiny, which means almost everything is close by. The front desk is often empty, but the restaurant on the other side of the street—Las Gaviotas—acts as the point of contact. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the building and furnishings look brand‑new. However, the sheets had white‑ish spots and crumbs, so the bed didn’t feel freshly made, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a while, which is a real let‑down given the high price. If it were cleaner, the place would have a lot more potential.
