Everything was excellent – the hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and smiling, and the restaurant menu was wide and tasty. Overall, everything was perfect and very attentive. It rained, but when we arrived the staff met us in a car with umbrellas. The foot massage was spectacular, the pool was divine, and the calm and peace of the place were wow.

The staff were very attentive 24 hrs a day. The hotel itself was lovely, with a beautiful view of the rice fields. Breakfast was average. They offer laundry service. The hair dryer could be better, and the noise from one room to another is quite noticeable. There’s nothing nearby to walk to (restaurants or shops); you have to take a taxi every time. It’s a bit far from the center, so you’ll need a car for everything.

The food was fantastic, and I used the pool on my last day – it was fine. Overall, I love how they pay attention to details; they left a lovely personalized welcome note in my room, which was really nice. Nothing else to add.
