A cute little place with amazing staff who made everything easy, great riverside location away from crowds, spotless rooms in good shape, would come back. The only downside: no lift, so you had to haul luggage up the stairs—hotel staff helped me, and a few bars across the river played loud music, but it didn't bother me.

The location is very good, the room is comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly and smiling; nothing to complain about.

I stayed in room 201, which had a large balcony full of living plants; the hotel sits right in the center, and in the evening you can hear great music across the river from the Hard Rock restaurant, while below the hotel there are many booths with cheap and tasty street food; the staff are beyond praise, and you must hand the keys back at reception; an excellent driver named Sopfol works with them, will take you to all the interesting places and speaks English.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's central location, which put me within walking distance of a lively pub and Riverside outdoor eating area. The rooms were spacious and came equipped with air conditioning, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also close to various shops and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
