The dinner tasted pretty bland and I struggled to choose; it was a bit confusing that half the guests were barely dressed for dinner. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was pleasant to stay there, but I couldn’t turn off the heating at night – I prefer cooler rooms to sleep. The wellness area was very dirty, especially the saunas. The size and layout didn’t match a 4‑star hotel, and I usually travel abroad to 4‑star places, so this stay felt more like a 3‑star. Few staff members greeted me, even fewer smiled or chatted for a few minutes; only two young front‑desk ladies offered a few kind words, which is a big missing point since friendliness matters a lot.

The park around the hotel and the cave bath were nice, but the hotel only feels like a 3‑star place, nothing like a 4‑star.
