Breakfast was good, but the toilet was rusty.

The hotel provided a wonderful stay, with a particularly impressive breakfast spread and immaculately clean facilities. Overall, the experience was pleasant and exceeded expectations. The hotel's cleanliness was a standout feature.

Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet the guest's expectations, particularly in terms of providing a non-smoking room and maintaining a professional level of service. The proximity to the elevator and the presence of smokers in the adjacent rooms created an unpleasant experience.

The hotel's staff was a highlight, providing attentive service, while a minor issue with invoicing marred an otherwise pleasant stay.
