La titolare Alessandra, con la sua cultura, la sua cordialità. Ci ha consigliato una vista che poi abbiamo gradito molto (Badia a Passignano) ma più che altro si è fermata molto a parlare con noi raccontando della storia dell'hotel (vecchia stazione di posta) e rendendo il nostro soggiorno più caloroso. metterei una doccia nel bagno invece che la vasca ma va bene anche così
Nulla. EVITATE LA STRUTTURA. Non ho potuto soggiornare causa motivi di salute di mio figlio(prima mi dice che non c'è problema vista la situazione a cancellare gratuitamente la prenotazione) poi rimbalzando la colpa al sito di booking non mi ha più risposto ne al telefono ne alla email. Davvero comportamento scorretto
