We didn’t stay in the accommodation; we left the hotel immediately after seeing the conditions. After arriving, we found extremely unhygienic and unacceptable conditions. The room had foreign hair and a very strong, unpleasant odor. The overall state of the room was so bad that we couldn’t stay there.

The price was great and the location was convenient, with nothing to complain about.

I was thrilled that the hotel was close to the train station, but the room was tiny and had no luggage rack; it was noisy all the way until 3 am and there was no breakfast. We arrived more than four hours late (after 20:00) and at that time we couldn’t cancel or book another place that deserved the name Hotel. The next day we re‑booked (with ) but received no refund for cancelling the original reservation. Moreover, it was a hardship to climb over 40 flights of stairs with a broken foot and crutches. The reception showed no empathy or willingness to re‑book; that was a huge disappointment! I expect a partial refund of the booking costs.

Nothing. It isn’t a hotel, it’s just a bed 72 steps up to my bedroom. The communal areas aren’t clean, the carpets are worn out, the bathroom is old, 30 years old, the place isn’t good and it’s not a hotel.

Il posto centrale. Le scale infinite e ripidissime sia in salita che in discesa
