The location is close to the waterfront and center. I was overcharged; in the end I had to cancel through Booking and have the hotel handle the reservation in person. They told me the price was about 67, but I paid in cash and it almost doubled to 95,000 Argentine pesos. So I paid by card, and the amount still rose to nearly 75,000 Argentine pesos. They changed my room once because the one we arrived in had water leaking from the bathroom, and in the room we stayed the bathroom smelled bad as if it hadn't been cleaned, the mattress was dirty and had mold.
