Isa at reception was fantastic and helped me arrange excellent transport from Vantau to Saigon, but the room I booked didn’t have a city view.

Close to the beach, but the fridge in the room was broken and staff didn’t check it. I was asked to pay for the room before the day was over, and the elevator was broken.
