“Incredibly disappointing and not worth the price.”
The room was adequate and very clean. The girl at reception when we checked in was lovely and very helpful – they’re the only two positives I can mention. Most of my complaints come from the food: the steak and the burger were both incredibly underwhelming. The next morning the breakfast was even worse; the orange juice tasted fizzy as if it was off and the apple juice was watered down; the food was just as disappointing as the night before. When we arrived, two staff members walked past me while I was carrying bags and struggling with the door, without even offering help.
