“Great place to stay.”

The staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were spacious and roomy, with ample parking, a car wash, gym, pool, and restaurants. Areas that need improvement include the quality of facilities: the AC kept giving errors, cigarette smoke from other rooms drifted into the bathroom, and bathroom fittings needed maintenance. The AC switch was inconvenient, there was no 24‑hour café, a fridge emitted a smell, the kettle water was unclean, and the bathroom fixtures outside the room needed tending. The shower head was blocked and uncleaned, and I noticed the outside water tank was overflowing, wasting water. The vault was not working, and the bed felt too soft with thin pillows, which may have caused neck pain for my 6‑foot height. The Wi‑Fi connection was unstable and kept dropping.

“Good property which lacks facilities and utilities needing better maintenance.”

The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurants was good, but the gym and other areas could use better upkeep. The room we received, 305, had almost no ventilation or light, which was a real let‑down. It seemed like rooms booked through partners such as BOOKING .COM were treated differently, which was disappointing. There were no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, and the wardrobe had no hangers, so we had to bring our own. The location was also hard to reach.

“Good first time and bad when I stayed in it again”

The room had no windows, and when I told the manager it didn’t match the website, they asked me to pay extra for a windowed room. I was shocked that a room could have no windows at all.
