“Einfach nur schlimm. Nicht empfehlenswert.”
The place was filthy; the bed sheet had a lot of stains, and it felt like a workshop for construction workers.
Das Zimmer konnte nicht bezogen werden, da der Schlüssel zum Zimmer fehlte (??). Eine Erstattung des Betrags wurde in Aussicht gestellt, ist bis heute, nach fast 1 Monat noch nicht erfolgt
The staff were wonderfully friendly, and the dinner was pretty good. The rooms were adequate in size. A nice touch in the bathroom was a small emergency kit with shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, and more, just in case you forget something. However, the room’s cleanliness left something to be desired: we still found crumbs on the floor, and under a bed lay a used tissue and blueberries – a thorough cleaning would have been better.

The room was cozy and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food at the adjacent restaurant is also highly recommended; the location is great for the Serengeti Park, but it was very noisy and the furniture layout left little space for suitcases.
