The location and the polite staff were good, but when we went for breakfast at 7:20 a.m. there was nothing left and the table wasn’t refilled; the internet doesn’t work on the TV, so you can’t use the hotel TV at all.

The breakfast was fine, but I paid for a deluxe room and got a shabby one with a broken mirror, a broken vase board, and they lied to me; it wasn’t a deluxe suite. I spoke to the manager and he didn’t discipline the staff; they did it on purpose. I want my money back or I’ll go to the consumer office; I’m also disappointed with you.
