The property was fine and conveniently located, but after a great first two days with phenomenal staff, the third night’s rude staff sold our booking, didn’t try to contact the reservation system, and we still haven’t received a refund.

The location is great and the room is spacious, but there are no USB ports in the room to charge devices.
