This hotel stands out as the best in the city, offering exceptional service and a spotless environment. The manager's prompt assistance via WeChat made a significant difference in my stay, and the excellent breakfast was a highlight. However, the ongoing issue of smoking in public areas remains a concern.

“I can smell smokes in the nonsmoking room”

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, it had some drawbacks. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I could still smell smoke, and one side of the bed lacked a nightstand.

“It doesn't make sense to set room temperature at that high”

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a severe temperature issue that made it impossible for me to sleep. The room was set at an uncomfortably high temperature, and I was unable to adjust it.
