The room that was shown to me differed from what I expected, was filthy with hair on the floor, had torn bedsheets, and the washrooms were stinking and covered in hair; there were used condoms on the washroom windows and tobacco and gutka spattered on the bedroom and washroom walls. The TV channels didn’t work, and neither did YouTube or other OTT services; the hotel staff offered a mirror‑screening workaround, which was a real disappointment.

The rooms and bathroom were dirty, the staff were friendly, but the overall stay arrangements were terrible; I didn’t find anything I liked.

The room size was adequate, but the rooms and stairs were dirty and stinking, and the room service was bad.
