It was consistently nice, with beautiful furnishings and a pleasant atmosphere that lets you be completely at ease when you want. There were a few guests who played their own music at the pool while hotel music was already playing, which was extremely annoying, but the hotel can’t be blamed for that.

The staff were friendly, the spot was convenient, and the complimentary breakfast, drinks, and snacks added a nice touch. The only issue was a skylight right above the bed that let in a harsh white light early in the morning, ruining my sleep.

An exceptional stay! The location is ideal for exploring Palm Springs, and both the hotel and rooms are tastefully designed. The pool is amazing, the free cocktails were delicious, and the complimentary bikes are a real bonus. The staff are outstanding—they’ll give you great local tips and take care of you throughout your visit. We’ll be back!
