The only positives were the location and the free parking, yet the whole facility was filthy; the pool and hot tub were disgusting, the room was gross with what looked like poo on the floor, the entire floor in our room was sticky, and the breakfast didn’t match the pictures.

We stayed two nights in a room with two full beds, and the value was good, but the room we had—room 300, I think—had a broken screen, so we couldn’t open the window without bugs getting in.

I liked the room size, but the bed was broken and some rooms probably need new beds; the TV remote was terrible—after replacing the batteries it still didn’t work, forcing me to stand right in front of the TV to change channels; otherwise, everything else was fine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the place stayed clean, but the pool area was a bit smaller and the laundry shut down at 10 pm.
